He may have been ripped, but his dialog was not menacing at all which is why Darth's voice was provided by a nigger. His English accent sounded more like he would be writing strongly worded letters to his local council instead of menacing the galaxy. The movies would have been very different with Prowse's voice, kind of like Spaceballs and (((Rick Moranis))) as Dark Helmet.
