I've dealth with Caucas people or khach as you call them. Like gypsies, but much worse. Still only go for easy targets, if you show them you are not to be fucked with they lose interest. I've met quite a few Velkoross types too, some from Baltic states as well. I find that us Croats and them get along very well from the start, more than any other groups from Eastern Europe.
