To me, it's perfect. Who wants to count blank sheets of paper that can get bent, wrinkled, or blemished during the counting process? Plus user time is almost zero with the printer while accurately hand counting sheets of paper is going to take at least 15mins in my mind.

You already have the needed items to have the printer count, time and money saved in employee time is far worth it.

Counting isn't that hard jeez, just do 5 piles of ten. Maybe it was manipulating the pages that was too diificult?
