They made semi conductor fabrication equipment. I thought they were clever because all the semiconductor companies had three letter acronyms so the call their company TLA!

Most of my experience involved test. We had an assortment of test platforms over the years, LTX, Credence, Teradyne, MCT, FST (Fairchild Systems Technology - Sentry V, VII and VIII) and a few others. Mainly Electroglas probers and various packaged part handlers.
