They can't read. This written message is as useless as the spoken words broadcast in the same frequency as the beep alarm when a smoke detector has a low battery.

If this isn't a photoshop, who ever did this is pricelessly hilarious. I saw a similar one to where someone changed the letters on of those signs where you put up the letters and change them ever so often.
