Once humans create an AI and basically leave it in the "learning phase" for ten years (probably shorter) it will be almost God-like. If we ever want to hand the world over to computers, they would solve basically every problem we can't. However, impossible to know if they'd want to help humans thrive or exterminate them for whatever reason. We'll never know what conclusion they'd come to until the creature/computer makes it at that point.
