Remember, if you reject a resume, shred it. Do not file it. Eventually some fed will demand access to your physical files and tally up the bootlips you've rejected for some special new communist bullshit punishment. So if you don't keep records of who you rejected, they can't use it against you. And you can claim you're doing it to respect the privacy of the candidates.
