This explains a little more your first line: "there is a difference between the worship of an individual vs worship of a group." The reason that we see the negative qualities about a leader in hindsight and pull them back down from their elevated position is because they become human again, not the one steering the ship, who we all have to suspend disbelief of until we arrive at our destination. This is the essence of "worship" of a leader versus an individual.
Look I understand you have an IQ in the range of 130-145, but you're gonna have to dumb it down a little further for me. Not trolling.
Even people that are the smartest or the best leaders are human. Followers in a group have a way of avoiding that until this person isn't in the position that makes them great anymore, which happens to all men.
An individual only truly has the "celebrity of the moment".
Basically this, which you said in your first reply.
