Fuck no, I'm already overweight so I took a job at a place no one is PC at in the least and a decent amount of the workers have jail and prison time and work my ass off to get back in shape. Sore as fuck every day but my arms already after 2 weeks are about 2 inches larger "old bodybuilding muscle reactivated" and the days fly by.
