Speak in language more appealing to CRT folks. If you say "minorities" are prohibited from doing something, it's like a law and we all know that means they have to break it. On the other hand, if you say "we should outlaw those exiled whites from ever having the benefits of diversity and make them mow their own damn lawns, do their own dry cleaning, and be their own janitors," I think you might get a bite.
