People expect TOO MUCH

Yeah the property I have now tripled in price since 1999 and wages haven't increased since then, so go fuck yourself with a rake hon.

Wages increased under Bush and Trump. It was Oblama / Xiden years that made things bleek.

They didn't increase 3x or hardly at all, now shut up. lol

Given you have +1300 replies on your 3 month old account, maybe you should "work" instead of bragging how everyone else can do the things you can't. Rich people aren't buying starter homes, your peers are.

Really? Everyone I know was living high on the hog 2003-2007 , so not sure what country you are from, though I did look up and find Isreal only had 2006 as a decent year. Cohencidence I'm sure.

Thats not how wages or fucking prices work. Prices go up because people are willing to pay it. Wages go up because people aren't willing to work for them. If you think minimum wages should go up I will be happy to tell you why that is stupid and counter productive.

Funny, housing isn't optional and is driven by credit availability which has increased relative to income as interest rates have fallen 3% in the last 20 years. Immigration and divorces drive up demand for housing, especially 2 homes for every joint custody child.

If you think minimum wages should go up

In 2018 dollars, only the top 5% of earners have experienced an increase in real income since 1999. Wages, across the board have been flat for decades.

Home ownership isn't housing. Owning a home is optional.
