After looking into it, no I would not have banned him for the posts he was banned for. I would not allow some of the things he was known for honestly as I will not tolerate any form of pedophilia, however I checked the posts linked in the comment section and those were adult women in revealing clothing(drawn) and I see no issue with that.

I'd like to say its possible I'm wrong and I might be missing something, HOWEVER if its legal speech and it isn't pedophilia it will be allowed period. If it is pedophilia it will not be tolerated period. Drawn, technically legal pedophilia will not be tolerated, HOWEVER beyond that if it is not that then yes it would be allowed in default subs.
I've been pretty clear from day one that this place is for free speech and that does not include pedophilia. Anything else is fair game.

I understand your standpoint, and agree from a moral standpoint. However I'll publicly disagree, simply because Loli is not illegal within the US borders, and Poal, like Voat, claims to be "free speech".
