No arguements regarding the merits, or lack there of, of protecting children. One needs only look at current democratic platforms to see where current society would take us if left unchecked. My concern is long term application of your judgement of good and bad submission material. I'd say a good amount of us here are upset and enraged that Justin has begun acting as judge and jury regarding "spam". I just would hate to see that happen here also. It's getting annoying finding new social platforms.
It will not happen here, Justin joined voat looking to build it into something commercially successful, building the platform larger came first, ideals came second. Here the opposite is true, I started it because I believe in a set of ideals, success is secondary. Poal is coming up on its first birthday and I haven’t taken anything from anyone. Eventually I’ll have too but I want to prove my commitment to my ideals before I do.
