It doesn't look like it could put a 14' aluminum fishing boat in the water.

That said, it would be cool if those little things were available in the US, I'm sure they could fill certain roles for businesses.

It's not meant to pull a 14' aluminum fishing boat either. It is what 90% of people going to their home improvement box store of choice needs.

Our regulations are so stupid and needs to be rethought. CAFE is a horrible metric to gauge a manufacturers fuel efficiency. I saw a GM similar to the one in the photo yesterday, it hung out of the parking space by 3 feet and was a huge blind spot creator.

True. But this makes it a specific vehicle for a specific job, practical for some small businesses, and handymen only. Where an American truck can do any number of things.

How many need a king/crew cab though? That's become standard now as they've become daily drivers for families when they never should have been.
