This change "not allowing restrictions" as gone over in the video, where restrictions are the primary way the GPL prevents (((apple))) etc. from just stealing OS code - which t hey all already do anyway, ex: jewgle and FFmpeg (though FFMpeg is LGPL and slightly different than GPL).

So, either (((system76))) - which would be incredibly disappointing. OR Some snek slithered in. - which would be expected.
