I think it's real. I don't understand the language, but it seem to be a kvetch article about rise in antisemitism an that meme is an example of online antisemitism.

i might try to yandex photo translate the image and and see what it says. i know that spain has a fairly healthy, /ourpeople/ population compared to the rest of europe.
