So, you believe that, up in the sky, where clouds are moving along and planes are flying and helicopters are hovering (and flying) and bullets are zooming (after being fired) and insects are buzzing and eagles are soaring and rain is falling...

...you believe that all this activity going on around and above you, that it is 'captured' by gravity, and held in place (including the oceans), while the earth is spinning around (1000 mph at the equator)...

...all this is being perfectly held in place and completely undisturbed while the earth spins and spins around right?

All I'm saying is at least (however this phenomenon is happening, gravity, whatever)...at least admit (regardless of any muh math) that this is what you believe.

Get a piece of dowel rod that fits in a drill chuck and put it in your drill. Stick the dowel rod into a bucket of water. Turn on the drill and let the dowel rod spin in the center of the water. Sprinkle some sawdust into the water to make it more interesting. Observe what happen. Change the speed and direction of rotation on the drill. Observe what happens again. Think about what you saw. Think really hard about it. Then report back to us with your observations and your thoughts and we'll discuss things through.

Now, who be the idiots here?

Be sure you think about that statement after you observe this little experiment with the water bucket and the drill.
