The obvious right answer is throttled entirely. Then it's on the government, not Twitter. At least people in Turkey would see that Erdogan is a petty tyrant who can't handle criticism.

Instead, Musk has chosen to make Twitter a dishonest, censored hugbox for Erdogan. He obviously isn't censoring the government and their bootlickers which means he is allowing Twitter to be a propaganda mouthpiece (just like it was before).
