How have you explained anything? Yes the banks are bad, that doesn't make landlords good. They are two heads on the same beast.
Can't afford a house but can afford more than $1400 / month to lease.
They can't afford it. Many working people (not the trust fund kiddies who become landlords) are spending well over half their income on rent because the alternative is homelessness. Apparently buying an extra house twenty years ago entitles you to own slaves. Who knew?
Again, you're intentionally being dishonest and conflating a symptom as a cause of problems. Landlords are a good, healthy and necessary part of a White Civilized Society. They're a part of maturing into adulthood. They, the landlords who take on INSANE risks to allow people to pay less for renting aren't the problem. You continuously decry "landlords" then describe (((slumlords))), (((corporations))) and (((banks))) who grab up property on the Tax Payers' dime through government subsidies and are the source of the problem. Those aren't landlords, they own properties sure but they source everything out to other jewish corps. to do the managing of the property - if it can even be called that. Again: that's not being a landlord.
I'm not arguing or discussing this point with (((you))) as you pilpul about, lie, and intentionally conflate, forget and misconstrue ideas to attack something positive.
