You do know we can look these things up, right?

Sanhedrin 59a 1-18 starts with:

"The Gemara challenges: But the mitzva of establishing courts of judgment is a mitzva to stand up and take action, and nevertheless he counts it among the seven mitzvot. The Gemara answers: This mitzva contains a requirement to stand up and take action, i.e., the obligation to establish courts and carry out justice, and it also contains a requirement to sit and refrain from action, i.e., the prohibition against doing injustice."

And it reads like Rabbis arguing with each other.

As for the second item, it's spelled Avodah Zarah. And this is what 26b says:

Nothing even remotely close to what the second bullet point says. They argue about the rules of lowering heretics into pits and not letting animals get into the pits because it defiles the punishment (Jews have super weird rules about everything). And then they argue about circumcisions involving gentiles.

But it takes too damn long to read all this and I don't feel like looking all this shit up.

I think the famous murderous Talmud quote about killing heathens is from Tractate Soferim 15:10 that says "Kill the best of the heathens in time of war;"

I still don't know exactly what that means. Does it mean to kill their smartest/brightest/most successful to demoralize the heathens to end the war? Does it mean kill the most righteous heathens? What does it mean? there is a footnote in link that say this Rabbi softened the meaning of the phrase, later on, but still doesn't make sense to me:

Anyway, who put together that image? There's definitely plenty of criticism to go around about the content in the Talmud. There's no reason to make shit up. It just makes anyone who agrees with it look like a complete retard. Have any of you considered that this type of image is made by Jews to see how many idiots they can get to agree to completely false information so they can then swoop in and say, "See! They make shit up about our sacred texts because they have no arguments!"

Verify shit before tacitly agreeing with it so you don't look like a retard. Never believd anything you read if it is just an image. Go straight to the source.

Someone needs to remake that image but use the correct spellings and actual quotes from the Talmud. I don't have time and the material is extremely dull reading (it is mostly just Rabbis arguing with each other).

You know the talmudic interpretations change from rabbi to rabbi, their trickery knows no bounds
