- cost of a Microsoft licence preloaded PC is basically zero (compare with the cost of a standard licence), there MUST BE NO DIFFERENCE, the product is the same.
- even government institutions want to use proprietary and spying SW (yes, anything "in cloud" is basically gone to NSA)
So, it is time for Bill Gates to give back ALL the money he got, he can survive (as averybody else) with 2Kdollas/month
