A bit long but the user claims Iceland doesn't have a central bank and after quite a few requests he sourced Iceland's own Central Bank's claim that it's independent.

Guess who also does that (doesn't say they're Rothschild and are controlled by the government)? The Rothschild owned US Federal Reserve. The Fed is in no way even remotely controlled by the US government.
