I've thought about this and the minimum I can think of is cutting the tubes (I forget what the medical procedure is specifically called) so no offspring can be had. If some extreme exception jew were to rise up to some valuable asset I'm not an absolute monster who would go for any type of complete neutering or the like as that truly ruins the mind completely, which would make redundant the value part. I dunno. Maybe I think about these odd corner cases too much.
