It can be both. It's definitely both. No normal person engages in pedophilia. It takes either an evil mind, or one that was twisted and broken.
Either way, it's a crime. The former deserves to be burned out with extreme prejudice, and the latter put down with mercy. Hate for the ones who were evil from the get go, sorrow for the ones who were twisted and broken through no fault of their own at the hands of the former.
Either way, it must end.
This is no way an apology for pedophiles. I hate them. I despise them. But I also acknowledge that, like faggots, there's a chance that the ones preyed upon by the monsters will end up becoming monsters too from the horrors inflicted upon them, no matter how much they don't want to be. We must put them down either way, but for those who became what they are because they were broken by someone else and their minds and souls weren't strong enough to pull together? We can at least promise them in their final moments that the kind of people who hurt them and made them the way they are will burn, and that there will be as few children that turn out like them as we can manage.
That's the real 'Never Again' we should be promoting, instead of the kikes pity party bullshit.
