The "oy" got me thinking and, not to take away from the info you've shared, but let's compare oy to the punk rock "Oi!" The jew is communicating it's usual sniveling, nasal, woe is me parasitic victim bullshit. Where as the punk "oi" is derived from the Cockney for "hey" or "hello", and used as a brotherly call to have a good time.
