Of course I'm not saying "oh well that makes it ok" by a long shot - still horrible - but the document doesn't say Black raped a seven year old and jammed sharp objects inside her. It says he raped a girl for seven to eight years beginning when the victim was sixteen, and she described the feeling like something sharp being jammed into her.
