I believe their ultimate goal is to kill off 95% of the population. They still need a source of baby blood for their rituals. However they won't need workers of any sort. This could go in one of two directions. Smart cities will more or less be farms which will supply them with what they need for their satanic rituals or they can simply breed people as they currently do in the DUMBS.
