No. This is the true nature of Catholicism.

Early church fathers before Constantine (pre-Catholicism) were enemies of the jews. Even the Apostles called them demonic and insisted they be “cast out from your midst.” They were called “false brothers” and referred to as “the Whore of Babylon.”

There was a brief window where Israelites were offered a special chance to embrace Christ as a whole race, and then they stoned Stephen.

The early devotees of Christ were Israelite, not “jewish,” because they were lovers of God and relented for killing His Son - as was the requirement in Acts 2 and 3.

By the time of Constantine and his establishment of the compromised Catholic Church, one that was heavily infiltrated by jews and judaizers, the roots of Christianity as simple faith were being papered over with artifice, pomp and traditions of men, most proposed by shapeshifter jews. It was the same tactic they had tried with the Galatian Church in the early days - and Paul stopped them via his impassioned Letter, the first one he was compelled to write.

They remained undaunted and continued to sow seeds of their evil through deception with renewed vigor after Titus destroyed Jerusalem, and have persisted to engage in to this day.

So, no. Roman Catholic law is not biblical. It’s merely the views of men.
