I remember working on a job, it was a boring job, but it was important. Had to test the pipe for leaks, and I have spent hours walking up and down cold and hot water pipelines looking for and fixing leaks on a team of people. On some of the routes I got to know people who were working in the halls.

One time one of my routes would take me by this grizzly ole black man and a young spry white electrician apprentice who was kick'n ass doing electrical stuff. The black man was never doing anything, just standing there next to the skyjack+ while the young man worked. I thought he was the journeyman. One time I was so weirded out by his lack of activity I joked about it, asked him if he was a forman or journeyman. He said he was a Helper, not even a 1st year apprentice. I looked totally shocked, speechless and then asked the apprentice what year he was, he said he was a 3rd year apprentice.

"What, I can't believe that, I havnt seen him lift a finger this whole time." to that, the apprentice gave the blackman a dirty look that the guy didnt notice because he was he was at groundlevel with a smugass look on his face.

Shes not totally wrong. Lazy whites are smarter and less conspicuous about being lazy POS at work. They hide it better. Blacks are obvious, almoat proud of it, and dont care.
