They only hold that position because they are criminally supreme, not racially (genetically) supreme. Perhaps a fine line. Racially they are actually at a disadvantage. Their schemes only work so long as it remains secret. But they use their criminal empires to more than make up for it while pretending it's based upon fairness and equality for all.
