You're trying to paint me as a tyrant, but I'm just trying to protect Poal here.
I don't think you're a tyrant and I understand what kind of people we are up against here, and that you have to be brutal when dealing with their attacks and I think you are doing a good job.
But I would say there is a case of micromanagement here.
Here is an example - let's say some upvotes anime cringe pedo post. What this tells you about that person is they support that crap and are probably pedos themselves.
Now someone upvotes a post that calls to violence against pedos - what does this tell you about that person?
Maybe the post was a psyop by glowies, and who upvoted it didn't realize that at the time, but in the end they have the right mindset. The kind of mindset we need, the kind of mindset that was completely normal and natural before the society turned to shit.
You could go after people who upvote call to violence posts, but is it more likely that they are shill or just people who hate pedos?
What I can promise you is that I'll refrain from shitposting violent stuff like with that magic hippy guy which was stupid on my part, and if any of the users I know are not shills post calls to violence I will confront them in comments or remove posts in subs I mod, report any obvious shills, and that I will pay more attention to stuff I upvote.
Still, I can't promise that I won't fall for such post again and upvote it. Fuck it, I could be smarter, but at least I'm not a Flat Earther or a Qtard.
Just consider what I said before going after people who up vote calls to violence. If you still think there should be consequences, consider a temporary ban rather than pulling the plug immediately.
Also don't forget that there is no shortage of violent people among our enemies, and they are not trying to exclud them.

That's why PM are sent to warn/remind users.
Now when it's a novelty or sleeper account that does it, it's obvious what the intent is and a ban is issued (and you can see in the site log, it doesn't happen much).

Lots of violent keyboard warrior cowards who won't face you alone, IRL.

When they come together and have riot police and justice system on their side, they tend to get a bit braver.
