I maintain "that they are willing to currently admit". had a good take on it.

This might cost billions in false imprisonment lawsuits as it should and people that knew and stood silent might need to be imprisoned for dereliction of duty but more at the top since agents on the ground have no real power when their managers are telling them to stand down.

One small note that I noticed and almost nobody else did was that there had to be an "Insurrection" on the 6th since during times of "Insurrection" the Congress by-laws get changed and there isn't the normal option for contesting the election... which was in the works by many members of Congress because that was a dirty, dirty election.
