I think it was the 1980's or 90's that Kansas City had the highest murder rate in the country which shocked me but when I see a 4 wheeler like that I know it's overrun by gangs like LA so good thing they got internet GB capacity to build their online business capacity in that city. Like Kansas City wasn't a shit city for decades they're acting like it's a pure city and boom crime. Always been a place that criminals went to disappear and blend in.
