SO there must be a place/bank it was sent to an account or something since you have to have some location not thin air so where was it sent and then if they have camera's to a hard drive who withdrew that payment or transferred it. If none existed then the treasury cannot hold the US government liable for that money and new cash should be printed and given to the US government free or charge since it is their mistake. If they don't keep the payee's info/bank info I would just assume it was embezzled by the treasury workers managers themselves. Keeping data to show where it went even a child realizes that is a thing you need to do for all payments even a dollar since it's digital it's almost free to mark that box with letters not like they print a page up and fill up a form everytime on paper so this is not a banking system this is a theft system and the US should not be liable for not tracable payments at all and the treasury just lost the money so it's not added on to the debt now do that for the past ten years and subtract all of it. Likely its for that underground housing for the rich I was just reading about so that is a non budget item so it's not the taxpayers responsibility for secret non passed by congress spending. Trump needs to set that kind of responsibility up as treasuries since they are handing it out they need ot id the recipient in some way or set the fbi out to find all of the thieves.
