Yes, I do think this is acceptable. It fits another requirement too. They must work to survive. We can also air-drop in materials to repair that concrete dome. No need to understand why it is there. Just patch up the cracks on a daily basis and enjoy the sun and surf. We could even drop them a starlink or two and a few TV's when they are relaxing after their nice day in the sun on the beach. Going to need a lot of sunscreen though.. *cough*.
