4B had zero effect on SK birth rates. They were already going down because of it being a western country with a first world economy and dual income households. The women wanting to "close up shop" because Trump won haven't been putting out for the last four years. Why? Not because they refused but because they have no value in the sexual marketplace. No guy wants to fuck them. So it's costing them nothing to talk shit.
