My co-driver competely lost his house in this shit. He, his wife, and his three daughters have lost everything and want nothing other than to find a new home and do it through his provisions. Instead, they're making it as difficult as possible and giving the little bit of aid provided to everyone but the ones that need it.

That's completely insane. Reminds me of Croatian Homeland war in 90s. There was all kind of emergency relief being sent, but no one saw any of that. It was all intercepted and sold on black market.
