I looked up the Balkan people, seeing if i could compare them to the men in the Appalachian Mountains, which has sent me down quite an interesting rabbit hole. Now I'm looking up the Balkan wars!

And no, there's no comparison, as the Appalachian men more wait for war than participate in it.

I looked up Appalachian Mountains and it's people. It's like someone took the village I grew up in and turned into a whole region, I like it.
