This is a good plan except for the jailing part, we shouldn't have to pay for these dirty sand niggers room and board for 10 years.

Well, that is why we send them to another country we already have a military base or something in and they get unpaid forced labor. They will have to pay for their own stay and it will discourage any further invaders if they don't get free food/medical/housing for a decade but rather are forced to work in shit conditions for nothing.

We could just go full USSR mode and give them a shovel and make them dig a canal until they drop dead.
