So. Will these CEO's and Major owners be living full time in this dystopian high density hell or will they keep their multiple properties around the country/world to escape to while they don't want to live around the "other lesser people"?

This is nothing short of insane. Increased density no matter what amenities you add is always -ALWAYS- worse.

When you are young and if you have to work in a large city it makes sense in a small way.. But if you want a family or to actually be happy. This is not the way. Unless you enjoy just being another rat in the maze.

Even better. These morons are using gofundme and have all of $380 so far. This is just some stupid scam.

From the post:

>Tech workers in San Francisco have planned to create a downtown 'commune' that will allow people to 'live, eat and work' all within a 15-minute walk. Set to be launched on May 11, City Campus, a nonprofit, plans to create a one-square-mile 'campus' in the Hayes, Alamo and Duboce neighborhoods. The exact location of City Campus has not yet been established.

How long until people are stabled like horses, eating what they are fed, and occasionally being allowed a few minutes of sunlight?
