My question is: If given plane tickets?
You have to show ID at airports and plane tickets must be given names. And have to pass TSA. Are they flying under US military airplanes?
What department of gov has authority for buying gift cards? Why couldn’t all of those just be turned off.

They are all charter flights that leave in the middle of the night, no I.D. necessary.
