I find it amusing and sickening that NO ONE in Germany is intelligent enough to Read the warning on the box of masks, that Clearly WARNS this mask does NOT stop a virus. The mask does not and never has worked to stop a virus.

A medical certificate is not just telemedicine, there are a lot of rules because the certificate has legal and economic consequences (employers, insurances, ..). The doctor earned a lot of money by providing a website that automatically delivered the documents after the payment was processed. Under US law, all people involved in this scam would face legal consequences and the people who paid for the worthless documents would get their money back.
