Yes, but, the injected are now much more likely carriers of everything specifically because their immune systems are damaged. The unjected will expose children to normal diseases to which most people will never notice. If they are injected, they may get it. If the injected will expose a kid to higher quantities of diseases which likely exist in them specifically because they can't fight it off. Which increases likelihood of serious injection for the child.

It far more likely injected children around injected adults creates a larger risk to both than any other combination.
