Best thing you can do for your kids is get them a dog (I highly recommend Labs btw), keep them away from TV, and let them go out and play in the dirt. If it's never stressed, it never gets stronger. Fuck, by the time we were 12 we had immune systems like the 1st Ranger Bn. We had a big pile of dirt in one corner of the back yard and I gotta say, in retrospect, that was probably the best multi-functional "toy" my Dad ever gave us. I don't remember anybody that I knew having any allergies, except one kid that was allergic to bee stings. But that was about it. Peanut butter? Ninja, please.
