Needs to be some form of neighborhood watch that can over power bullshit police. We've got it easy over here, guns and ammo all you like. Not sure what happens at their home Depot if they try to buy some pipes and end caps. Or a 3d printer. Even with a street full of armed residents, it's hard to over power when they are organized and trained. The police stay out of certain nigger filled ghettos now since it's too dangerous to be a cop over there. And if it can't be done at the street level, some how need to infiltrate and take over at the top.
