Yeah he was a terrible father and horrible man who ingrained these idiotic thoughts in his daughters mind. He sentenced her to death and it's a shame she knew you never can trust an illegal or a shitskin. They're criminals by nature and are armed and dangerous. The father is an ignorant idiot who probably beats his wife now when he realized how badly he messed up.
