Wrong. Saying you want all kikes dead is not specific or actionable at all. Learn the law fucktard.

OK there Perry Mason. I'll be sure to give you a call the next time I'm in trouble with the law.

For fuck's sake, are you thick or what. Specific means that there is a target that is a specific person or persons targeted. Actionable means that the person making the "threat" is capable of doing it.

Notice I didn't call for anyone to do violence and didn't say I was going to do violence, either.

So it's 1) not specific. And 2) not actionable, unless (and I'm flattered you think so) that you expect that I have the means to kill all niggers and kikes on the planet.

Saying "I will go kill John Smith in two days" is a specific (John Smith) actionable (I have the means of killing one person) threat.

Saying I "think XYZ group should be dead" is neither and is not illegal.

It's also not an incitement to violence to say that you think that niggers and kikes should be put down. And incitement to violence is something like "Go riot and kill Whites in the street", which btw niggers say daily on every social media platform without any consequences. Notice I didn't use that type of language.
