People who hate landlords are hilarious, they at the same time both want the service and hate the people who provide it. I have worked in the apartment industry for nearly a decade now and have never once signed a lease to rent a place for myself and family in my life. While they pay $1,500-$2,000 a month, I pay about $500 for my mortgage on a 1500 square foot house only half an hour drive away.Renters are like people who spend all their money on lottery tickets then complain that someone lets them spend all their money on lottery tickets.
Stop blaming others for your poor life choices lol.
