The thing is not pushed hard enough is that the foods recommended are often so bad for you they are contributing to billions of dollars in health issues after a few decades and lost production since they also weaken the citizens using the guidelines so they are less capable as they would be on a diet with high fat like butter vs margarine that is arterie clogging and butter literally cleans the blood vessels and makes the bones stronger since butter contains vitamin k2 which is proscribed to people with heart conditions where as canola oil like soybean oil are shit when compared to short chain fatty acids which are healing and anti-inflamatory also.

I just know in excess anything is going to fuck you up even water will flushing your minerals away. So removing to me with personal attention to our own bodies is the hard part trying to figure if you just feel good or if it was what you ate or avoided eating so it takes decades. I also personally look up the positive and negative features of a food and ignore the whining AMA, clinical trials, and just creepy marketing of SHIT.
