For good reason. They can't. They simply react to stimuli in a programmed manner. It's about wants and desires and reactions to the world around them.

The inner monologue, as least as I understand it with myself since that's the only head I can get inside, is also having a conversation with yourself about the content. Like if you were talking in the mirror and role-playing your reflection is someone else.

Unfortunately I do not and yes I briefly looked. If you type into a search engine "Perceptions of war crimes by vaccine acceptance" all of the results are along the lines of "vax deniers bad people!".

Normally I wouldn't post something like this that I couldn't source but from my own observations both IRL and online these numbers are accurate and I decided to go ahead and let poal users decide for themselves.

A search for "war crimes" doesn't bring up anything helpful either.

I believe they are. It's easy to commit technical war crimes. The fog of war affects the small scale as well as the large and civilians get caught in the way and the wrong weapons get used on the wrong targets and heavy ordnance gets mistargeted. That's why war ought to be the last alternative and not used mainly to grab a warm-water port.

I came here to say this too. War crimes happen in every war, even from the most disciplined army. Undisciplined armies or armies that are trying to spread terror as a strategy do it much more, but neither describes present day Russia.

The difference is if war crimes are done by sociopaths at the front line who joined the army to do exactly this, or if the higher command has decided to ignore the Geneva Convention, for example to incite panic like ISIS in Syria or to completely burn a country into the ground like the US in Iraq.

Funny enough, those numbers are identical when matched-up against the people who understand what a war crime is (unvaxed) versus those who understand it only as a catch phrase (vaxed)
